Armour David Stephenson III
Armour D. Stephenson III is Lead Pastor of AROMA Church and founder of AROMA Network.
For more than two decades, he has led through growth, grief, transition, rebuilding, and expansion. His passion is helping leaders stay rooted in Jesus, develop healthy leadership cultures, and faithfully steward what God has entrusted to them.
Jessica Stephenson
Jessica Stephenson serves as Co-Lead Pastor of AROMA Church and helps shape the formation culture of AROMA Network.
Her leadership centers on spiritual health, emotional maturity, relationships, and helping leaders become healthier people as they serve others.
